Llama Trekking at Littletown Farm | Family Route

Alpacaly Ever After… are thrilled to offer guided Llama treks for you, your family and your friends in our mixed group treks with a gang of fellow llama lovers! Trek through the Newlands Valley, one of the most picturesque valleys in the National Park.

This is a lower level trek suitable for adults as well as children 10 years and over. Get to know our fascinating llamas up close along your journey, take part in feeding time, ask as many questions and take as many selfies as you like!

As a Non-Profit Social Enterprise all the income from our activities goes back into supporting the work we do re-homing and rescuing alpacas and llamas, and providing free and subsidised activities for third sector organisations! For more information about the work we do have a look here

 

What to Expect

Our guides will record your adventure with photographs throughout the trek absolutely free of charge!

  • Activity takes place from Littletown Farm Guest House CA12 5TU
  • Prices start at £50 per person walking 1 llama, children 10 to 15 yrs can accompany sharing a llama with an adult at £20 per person.
  • NO UNDER 10’S ALLOWED. This is due to health and safety reasons.
  • All visitors under 18 yrs must be accompanied by a parent as part of the booking.
  • Activity lasts 1.5 hours – walk 1 hour with a safety introduction at the start.
  • The walk has some gradients and rough terrain and is suitable for people with moderate to good fitness and ability levels only.
  • This is a Mixed Group activity led by our guides. Group sizes of up to 6 walkers, 3 llamas.
  • No accompanying walkers on mixed group treks. All walkers must be paid for as part of the booking.
  • Walking boots are available to hire during the booking process.
  • Site facilities include guest house, tearoom with washrooms and free carparking.
